Thank you for choosing RAZ Fragrance World. We are dedicated to delivering our luxury perfume collection to you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following delivery timelines:

Within Riyadh: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Outside Riyadh (Rest of KSA): Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service interruptions or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Secure Packaging
Because we deal with premium glass bottles and high-concentration oils, RAZ Fragrance World uses specialized, shatter-proof packaging. Each bottle is securely cushioned to ensure it reaches you safely.
5. Damages
RAZ Fragrance World is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may require photographic evidence to process a replacement.
6. International Shipping
We currently focus on delivering excellence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
