Refund Policy

At RAZ Fragrance World, we stand behind the quality of our perfumes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring you can shop for your signature scent with peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that scent is personal. You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The "Scent-Check" Window: You have 3–4 days from the date of delivery to notify us if the fragrance does not meet your expectations.

  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a full refund, the 50ml glass bottle must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been significantly used (testing the scent is permitted).

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please contact us immediately for a full refund or a free replacement.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Mada, etc.).

  • Timeframe: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to a damaged product or an error on our part, RAZ Fragrance World will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For returns based on scent preference, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that promotional items, "gift with purchase" items, or products purchased during a "Final Sale" event may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged.

5. How to Initiate a Refund
